To provide a general overview of youth entrepreneurship to the audience. The purpose is to delve into topical issues on youth entrepreneurship agreed upon with the client.

the Duration

This would typically last between 30 mins to one hour and half at a venue agreed upon with the client.

Mentorship on Specific Areas of Youth Entrepreneurship

Our Approach

Our approach seeks to help the mentees identify business opportunities, turn these into business ideas, evaluate these ideas and transform them into potential products / services.

The processes involve reflection, consultation, questioning, signposting, challenging, and provision of advice and feedback, so that ultimately mentees arrive at their own decisions.

Through this Collaborative Approach, experience, expertise and wisdom is transferred from mentor to mentee, which allows mentees to formulate their own solutions and actions as a result of skilled listening and questioning from the mentor or coach.

Specialists / experts that will be brought in from time to time to deliver sector level insights.

To gain knowledge and skills on particular module(s) of interest. These modules are agreed upon with the client depending on the need or problem area.

Consulting on Youth Entrepreneurship Development

Our Approach

 

We adopt a client driven result-orientated approach where we agree on specific entrepreneurship outcomes to be achieved. We then collaboratively work with the clients to:

 

  • design youth entrepreneurship programmes
  • advise on how to strengthen existing youth entrepreneurship programmes
  • assisting recovery of distressed businesses managed and/or owned by youth entrepreneurs
  • evaluate youth entrepreneurship programmes to assess whether they have achieved desired outcomes and make recommendations on improvement based on best practices on youth entrepreneurship that are aligned to local contexts.
